OK! so this was yesterday but I had other things in mind yesterday that I just thought about this post now... and it reminded me of how I was fuming mad and helpless given the situation I was in ...
it was just a parade ....
A parade?!!! haha I know, it's supposed to be fun, colorful and exciting! Indeed it was, but not on my part who's bound for work at exactly the same time on the same route that the parade was taking! It wasn't just a parade, it was a really long one considering that it has showcased the different cities of Manila! I could not do anything and it left me soooo frustrated that I just gave up the whole idea of getting to the very end of this parade to find a taxi. ...
So, if you can't beat them, join them...
I finally decided to stop walking through the crowd and watched the parade go by... why did I ever had to walk that far when I will eventually be watching the whole thing anyway?!
It was actually enjoyable!
I arrived in the office 8 minutes past 9 am .... but I wasn't the only one who got stucked in that helpless situation: I have 2 other officemates who arrived even later than I did! haha, at least we were 3!!!
